Not sure what causes it but I’ve found that wrapping my wrist where it connects with my hand with tape a couple times kind of like a bracelet helps. Currently I can only move this wrist to about 45 degrees up, movement is not impaired when flexing down. The injury happened when I pulled on a sloper above and to the left of my body. I had chronic wrist pain, especially on slopers. I need suggestions for bodyweight exercises I can do to maintain some muscle while I try to learn what is causing this pain and how to Aim for a 5- to 10-minute break every hour or so. I can usually pull on slopers after that. When I do pushup I just make a fist and so my wrist isn't bent and not stressed out. Why is that!?
